A pair of leaf gilded Louis XV style armchairs. The frame is from france circa 1900, it is very sturdy. The hand carved shell design at the top of the chair is typical of the Louis XV style. The upholstery has been made usin springs for the seats an indication of an excellent quality upholstering. they are comfortable armchairs. the fabric is of fine quality and it is very clean having rarely used.
